High Tg point glass lens

It has higher refractive index ,higher molding temperature which is  close to the laggerest heating temperature of molding equipment,it is hard to maintain the stability of temperature and process.

High NA value lens 

Its mold is difficult to process and the surface quality of middle part is not easy to control.

Special shape of aspheric lens 

it can achieve special optical effects or be easy to assemble with other structure according to customer's specific needs. The common special shape lens is shaped lenses with cut edges,the edges are gennerally created by the laser cutter.  

Large-size glass molded aspheric lenses
