Test equipment: Agilent Cary 7000 (with additional accessories, can test the transmittance and reflectance data of multi-angle incidence)
Wavelength: 850nm/940nm/905nm/1380nm/1130nm/1550nm/
Applications: lidar, mobile phone face recognition, sweeping robot, 3D depth camera
Low-angle shift filter:
the core component of 3D sensing products and widely used in conjunction with APD, SPAD, and SPIM detectors. The light emitted by the DFB/EEL/VCSEL laser scans the object . Light reflected by the measured object is incident on the detector from multiple angles. The detector senses the reflected light and outputs an electrical signal to the system to form a point cloud data. Quality of the point cloud is greatly affected by the performance of the narrow-band filter. Narrow-band low-angle shift filter provided by xxx has an extremely narrow bandwidth, and at the same time, it will only cause a 10nm blue shift when it is incident at multiple angles. The superior performance of the filter enables customers to obtain the best point cloud data.
