The linear variable filter adopts the method of continuous coating, based on the multi-layer wedge-shaped film structure to realize the filtering characteristics of spatial continuous change. The film slope can be adjusted according to the dispersion requirement to obtain the target linear change rate. Linear gradient filters have highly integrated spectroscopic capabilities, and have irreplaceable advantages in the miniaturization and lightweight design of spectroscopic instruments.
